You’re handed a menu. What do you do?
Get so excited that I don’t see the menu options. I. Love. Food.
If I don’t know the menu, I’ll usually describe what I’m craving to the server, and ask them to recommend.
If I do know the menu? Salmon (as you know) is my favourite, though any well-prepared fish dish has my heart. I love meals that are full of flavour, but grounding.
Where’s your go-to London restaurant?
It used to be M Threadneedle Street, but now it’s closed (RIP). We are going to have to find another one.
What’s your favourite dessert?
Sticky toffee pudding.
And M&S Apple crumble – its the only one that exists to me.
Do you like going out or staying in?
Both – depending on the company. I love dressing up and stepping into a beautiful evening. I also love being curled up under a throw, sharing a bottle of wine, talking about everything and nothing, or have a comfort watch on in the background.
I’m very social. Intimacy is always the priority.
